OR-MEP Role: Senior Marketing Coordinator

What motivates you in this role?

I had worked at larger corporations in the past that didn’t always keep sustainability at the forefront. Joining a team and company that prioritizes energy efficiency makes me excited to come to work every day.

What excites you most about the Multifamily Energy Program?

I am personally motivated by the lack of affordable housing and environmental sustainability. Being part of a program that keeps both of these goals at the forefront is incredibly refreshing and makes me excited for the role.

What is one fun fact about you that you think people would love to know??

Living in the PNW means that I get the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors year–round. Depending on the season, I usually spend some time each weekend hiking, skiing, or kayaking with my partner, Emily, and our terrier pup, Owen.

What is your favorite place that you’ve traveled to in Oregon??

The Warrior Rock Lighthouse hike is a recent favorite of mine. This lighthouse is one of only two non-coastal lighthouses in Oregon that are still in operation. The brush–heavy trail and wildlife on the hike to get there make the destination even more worthwhile.
