OR-MEP Role: OR-MEP DEI Coalition Co-Facilitator
What motivates you in this role? I appreciate having the opportunity to support this new initiative for OHCS. Being a part of the development of this Coalition has highlighted the importance of amplifying voices in the community.
What excites you most about the Multifamily Energy Program? Multifamily buildings have always been a challenging sector in energy efficiency. Providing services to customers living in buildings they do not own has unique barriers compared to owner-occupied housing. It is exciting to contribute to the development of strategies that target providing equitable energy efficiency outcomes to multifamily housing residents.
What is one fun fact about you that you think people would love to know? I love to read and run. I read over 100 books last year and ran hundreds of miles.
What is your favorite place that you’ve traveled to in Oregon? Multnomah Falls, it is beautiful.
