Per the OHCS Public Notice dated March 20, 2018:
The Multifamily Energy Program is designed to address energy efficiency needs of low-income households in multifamily housing. The rules are being updated in response to the Governor’s Executive Order 17-20 to expand the multifamily program. The proposed rules extend its scope by expanding income requirements and extending offerings on a year-round basis outside of the current funding processes. The rules address protocols, standards, and requirements of the Multifamily Energy Program.

Comments will be accepted through April 23, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.
The Department currently has temporary rules in place that will expire on August 5, 2018.
