How OR-MEP is working to become more equitable
OR-MEP is committed to equitably serving the people of Oregon and disrupting systems that maintain inequality. In 2022, OR-MEP formed a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Coalition to review the program and recommend changes. The DEI Coalition is a key partner in our effort to make OR-MEP more accessible and equitable.
