Case Study: Sky Meadows

The Oregon Multifamily Energy Program (OR-MEP)—formerly Low-Income Weatherization Program—reduced the incremental costs of implementing energy efficiency measures at Sky Meadows. The Sky Meadows project is all electric and was designed to reduce electric costs for residents who pay their own electric bills. Upgrades included ENERGY STAR® refrigerators and dishwashers, new windows, and packaged terminal heat pumps.
