OR-MEP is currently fully enrolled, and a program waitlist is now open. Applicants will be placed on the program waitlist, so their project is positioned to receive notice in the event that incentives become available.

To get added to the waitlist, Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) projects interested in receiving OR-MEP funding should submit an interest form to begin the enrollment process. OR-MEP Staff will schedule a prequalification call to determine if your project is eligible to be added to the waitlist. Once prequalified, eligible projects simply need to fill out a one-page OR-MEP application form to get added to the waitlist.

  • LIFT and Permanent Supportive Housing NOFA projects interested in being added to the OR-MEP waitlist should submit an interest form by March 3, 2021, three weeks prior to the NOFA application deadline.
    • LIFT and Permanent Supportive Housing NOFA applications are due to Oregon Housing & Community Services (OHCS) March 24, 2021.
  • 9% and HOME NOFA projects interested in being added to the OR-MEP waitlist should submit an interest form by April 9 2021.
    • 9% and HOME NOFA applications are due to OHCS April 30, 2021.
