Case Study: The Mary Ann
The Mary Ann implemented wholistic upgrades by participating in the Oregon Multifamily Energy Program (OR-MEP). These upgrades are designed to improve the quality of life for the families residing at The Mary Ann and reduce their monthly energy bills. The Mary Ann is a multifamily property serving families with an average income below 45% of the area median income in Beaverton. The Mary Ann incorporated ERVs into the design. According to REACH, that upgrade would not have been possible without the help of OR-MEP funding.
