The SCM Main Street new construction project will provide 164 affordable senior and family housing units as part of a large community master plan in Beaverton. The Oregon Multifamily Energy Program is offsetting the cost of energy efficient design, including heat pumps, advanced building envelope and ventilation, and ENERGY STAR appliances. Wishcamper Development Partners believes the energy efficient features will pass along significant savings to residents due to the air-tight building and highly efficient appliances and systems.

“Being able to partner with OR-MEP and get some additional funding really helps us significantly, especially during these times. We are doing our best to promote clean living and ensure people have these great homes for a long time.”

Kelly DuPont, Wishcamper Development Partners
