The Oregon Multifamily Energy Program (OR-MEP) is nearing its program funding availability limits. For the latest updates about funding availability, visit the new Program Funding Availability page to review remaining incentive dollars for the current program – broken out by Pacific Power and Portland General Electric territories.
The program is fully enrolled for projects located in Pacific Power territory and the waitlist for those projects is now open. You can submit an interest form to secure a place on the waitlist so that your project is positioned to receive notice in the event that Pacific Power incentives become available.
Currently, program incentives remain available for interested Portland General Electric projects.
How does a program waitlist work?
- OR-MEP will initiate a utility-specific waitlist once funding for projects in that utility’s territory is limited to $200,000 in available incentives. At that time, the program will place all new and pre-enrolled projects that do not have an active incentive reservation letter on the waitlist.
- If you are interested in receiving OR-MEP funding for a project that does not have an active incentive reservation, submit an interest form to begin the enrollment process. OR-MEP Staff will schedule a prequalification call to determine if your project is eligible to be added to the waitlist.
- Waitlisted projects will be notified when OR-MEP funding becomes available. Projects will be added to the waitlist in the order that prequalification calls and applications are completed.
We encourage all interested projects to submit an interest form. As you plan your upcoming project, remember to stay up to date on current program funding availability.
